APROMOS is an Australian deals discovery platform, available as a website and as an Android application. You can permanently delete your APROMOS account at any time, at no cost.
1. Delete your account in the app
- Open the APROMOS app or website and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile (available in the bottom navigation on mobile, or in the menu on desktop).
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in, or you would prefer us to handle it for you, email apromoshb@gmail.com from the email address linked to your APROMOS account and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your request and action it, normally within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email address and password).
- Your profile information, including your display name.
- Your saved favourites.
- Your notification preferences and followed stores, categories and brands.
- Your registered devices (push notification tokens) and delivery history.
4. What is retained
APROMOS does not sell products and does not process payments, so we do not retain any order or payment records. We may retain limited, non-identifying technical or security logs where required for the operation and security of the service or by Australian law. Promotional content published on APROMOS is not personal data and remains available.
