Welcome to APROMOS. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the APROMOS website and mobile application. By using APROMOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Deals discovery platform, not a retailer
APROMOS is a free deals discovery and price-promotion platform. We help Australian consumers find promotions from third-party online retailers. APROMOS is not the retailer or seller of any product listed on the platform.
2. Deals, prices and availability
Deals, prices, discounts, availability, product descriptions and retailer information can change at any time without notice. We do our best to show accurate information, but you should always verify the final price, terms and conditions on the retailer's website before purchasing.
3. Purchases with third-party retailers
Purchases are made directly with third-party retailers and are subject to the retailer's own terms, returns, warranties, privacy policies and customer service practices. APROMOS does not process, fulfil or guarantee retailer orders.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others. If you become aware of unauthorised use, please contact us immediately.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not use APROMOS to:
- engage in abuse, fraud, harassment or unlawful activity;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems;
- scrape, copy or redistribute content in a way that violates these terms or applicable law;
- misrepresent your identity or manipulate deals, ratings or favourites.
6. Intellectual property
APROMOS branding, software, designs and content created by us are owned by APROMOS or its licensors. Third-party retailer trademarks, logos, product images and other content belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and discovery purposes only.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, APROMOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the service or any third-party retailer transaction. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including protections under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Changes to the service or terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use. Continued use of APROMOS after changes means you accept the revised terms.
9. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or if we reasonably believe your activity is harmful to APROMOS or other users.
